Nutritional Therapist
Amy is a Nutritional Therapist who completed her clinical training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Adopting a flexible and patient-focused approach, she helps patients at The London Psychiatry Centre to fully understand their health challenges and establish bespoke, evidence-based treatment plans.
She has comprehensive experience running her own private nutrition practice, alongside her role as a Senior Nutritionist and Clinic Administrator at Baldo and Mason Nutrition. Throughout her clinical work, Amy focuses on discovering why and how certain health difficulties develop for a client, before helping them move forward by designing deeply personalised nutrition and lifestyle packages that facilitate sustainable, long-term changes.
In addition to her clinical nutritional expertise, Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Exeter University and a Master of Arts from the University of Portsmouth. Prior to her transition into the health field, she spent over a decade in corporate environments as a Key Account Manager and Project Manager. This extensive professional background gives her an exceptional, practical understanding of the pressures and demands of the modern workplace.
In her practice, Amy seamlessly combines a highly organised, evidence-based perspective with an approachable and empathetic clinical style. She ensures that every patient’s plan is realistic, fully actionable, and carefully tailored to align with their unique daily lives and health goals.
