We provide more than just treatment; we offer a pathway to sustainable recovery
Most people who come to us have already tried something else. Have been to their GP, tried medications, perhaps a previous clinic or therapist. So the right question isn’t “will this help?” but “why would The London Psychiatry Centre be different?”
The London Psychiatry Centre was founded in 2011 by Dr Andy Zamar with the aim of treating the person, not the diagnosis. This means your treatment plan is built specifically around your history, your biology and your life, not a standard protocol you’re expected to fit.

What we do differently
Mental health rarely sits neatly apart from the rest of the body, and we treat it accordingly
As an innovative integrated full-service mental health centre, your psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, nutritionist and, where relevant, our cardiology and endocrinology specialists can work from the same picture of your health rather than separately.
We offer attentive, first class care combined with a personal, friendly approach so you feel right at home.
We are also a clinic that does its own research. We pioneered rTMS in the UK, and our team developed The Zamar Protocol®, now listed in the Maudsley Prescribing Guidelines. For many of the people we see, especially those whose depression or bipolar disorder hasn’t responded to conventional treatment, that is exactly why they find their way here.
Options exist here that may not have been offered to you elsewhere, and that they are backed by published results rather than promises.
We can help you put your life back together
The team trusted with your care
At The London Psychiatry Centre you’re in the very best hands.
We’re pleased to say that our team is made up of some of the most highly regarded specialists in their field. We bring together consultant psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, psychotherapists, a CAMHS team, nutritional therapists, and coaches under one roof. We’ll make sure you are carefully matched with the right specialist for you, rather than being assigned and left to make do.
