Nutritional Therapist
Ms Roberta Baldo is a Nutritional Therapist qualified in Food Science and Nutritional Therapy. After a successful career in the food industry, Ms Baldo began a career as a Nutritional Therapist using her work-life experience combined with her nutritional training to give her a unique ability to understand and support her patients.
After graduating from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, Ms Baldo trained with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), completing the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice foundation course and the Gastro-Intestinal advanced module. Subsequently, she qualified as a DNA Life practitioner to interpret genetic results and as a Metabolic Balance Coach to offer a different approach to weight loss.
Her expertise is in supporting patients with mood disorders, gastrointestinal and digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and needing help with their weight management.
Ms Baldo excels at combining a realistic and practical approach with an evidence-based perspective. She supports her clients to make practical dietary changes and lifestyle modifications, by delivering highly bespoke nutritional plans that are designed around her patients’ unique metabolism, genetics, and mindset.
Ms Baldo is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
