Eleanor Wolfe

MA, MBACP, MSc

Integrative Psychotherapist and Couples Therapist

Eleanor is a dedicated Integrative Psychotherapist and Couples Therapist who utilises a holistic approach, drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred, and narrative therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. She has a BACP accredited Master’s degree in Psychotherapy from Roehampton University and a foundational background in Social Anthropology from Edinburgh University (MSc). She applies this academic knowledge to offer expert, culturally informed psychological therapy.

With significant experience in NHS services, she has specialised in providing solution-focused therapy to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, work-related stress, and major life transitions. Her compassionate work at the Mulberry Cancer and Bereavement Centre at West Middlesex Hospital enriched her expertise in trauma-informed care, supporting those navigating grief and the challenges of life-limiting illness with empathy and understanding.
Eleanor has specialist training in couples therapy. She uses attachment theory to explore relational dynamics, helping partners reconnect and strengthen their bond.

Eleanor also has a deep understanding of neurodiversity, particularly in supporting clients with ADHD. She addresses not just practical coping strategies but the emotional hurdles that accompany neurodivergence, such as rejection sensitivity, emotional dysregulation, fear of failure, and imposter syndrome. Eleanor is passionate about promoting psychotherapy for ADHD as a valuable alternative or complement to psychotropic treatments.
